it's discrimination against heterosexual females for having a bachelorette party....
it's discrimination period.
UNRUH LAWS.... in California forbid it.
Not if the club no longer allows any bachelorette parties. If they no longer serve a particular drink is it discriminatory? It is no longer an accepted activity inside their club for anyone.

Then do something about it. Or you can wait and watch to see if someone else files a lawsuit. I think you'll be waiting a long time, though. No one in their right mind would see this as a discrimination case.
If some faghag's vote is going to be determined based on whether she can throw her panties on some gay men, then she probably has no business voting in the first place.
This bar is banning ALL bachelorette/bachelor parties. Since gays/lesbians cannot legally marry, this leaves hetro women. It is 'across the board".
A bachelorette party from a state that does allow gay marriage could wish to use the club for the purposes of celebrating. The owner specified that straight BP's would not be hosted. Use of the word straight makes this a clear case of discrimination on sexual orientation grounds - which is a violation of California state law. Of course the liberal "leaders" will never prosecute.
Lesbians can't have a bachelorette party because they can't get legally married.
Which means NO lesbian AND NO straight women bachelorette party services are being offered. Which means ALL bachelorette parties.
Your 'stance' has been blown right out of the water over and over again.
In fact it's been blown so far out of the water, it will probably come down as rain in Sydney (or Parramatta) in a few weeks time depending on weather trends.
You didn't read the articles very well - or you ignored the owner's statements because they don't support your position. You think that I should believe what you think the owner meant - and not pay attention to what the owner actually said? Sorry.
