No controversy. Just old-school bigotry and smartass mocking of one of the last few unprotected groups.

Funny how, around the Memorial Day weekend, left-wing people conveniently forget how many Southern boys gave their lives so that Jon Stewart could become a gazillionaire while sitting on his a$$ and smirking.

Many people; even a few Black people, now call themselves "Rednecks" cause that word now means a salt of the earth person who's NOT fake.

Every ethnic group/race has their own backwards and less educated but for some reason it is ok to attack the white variety but not PC to poke fun at the minority variety.

"Rednecks" are just about the only group around that can have a good time making fun of themselves, thanks to Jeff Foxworthy. Seriously, does any other distinct group of people do anything like this? Play up all the stereotypes about themselves and have a good time doing it?

I think it's great. People are just too damn uptight about everything these days. It's refreshing to know there are still some people around with a sense of humor.
