Equally important, make sure you record your Facist Right Wing Extremist teachers at school and equally facist Preachers, at church.
Let's capture the dispicable nature of both partisan loontics, from both sides.
These two disgraceful, destructive partisan extremists parties, are the ones who have been destroying our country, for decades. Capture them all on video and audio. Expose them all!!!
Oh please, you cannot be serious. If they didn't want anyone to know what teachers were saying....cell phones and every other electronic device would be confiscated before class lol The problem I see is that teachers are vilified with some people no matter what. And I think it's because of their own paranoia. Your last sentence says it all....they can be backed down and that is what the progs are after. A prog as you call them is after no one except in your own mind.
How about finding an article praising a teacher. And most do need to be praised instead of this constant attack against them.
Back in the days when I was a teacher people sometimes questioned me when they failed to get the real story from their kids. For instance, one day I took a chance and suffered from it. Just before the bell rang to end the period I told the class of seniors that many people considered people from South Central Europe to be Slavs and a girl of Czech origin told her father that I had called Czechs, slobs. That could have become a serious mistake since I failed to hold them back to explain what Slav meant.
Well, that night I was playing cards with some friends with a number of kibitzers sitting around and I felt a very strong hand squeezing my shoulder. A voice that seemed attached to the hand said, "Get up and let me show you that we Slavs are good men". From the way the crowd was scattering I knew I was in trouble because this man was still winning brawls at age 48 and I didn't want any part of him. I was a fast talker and managed to convince him that I hadn't really dissed him and his kind. I had planned my route of escape after I hit him with my chair in case he couldn't be reasoned with. We went back to being friends once he got a good laugh out of his daughter's misunderstanding.
There are many articles in the media about good teachers, but in this case the teacher showed a ton of ignorance about her subject matter and that she may have been just a bit racist. Don't ever try to defend people like that by saying we should get stories about good teachers. She had been misinforming those kids all along and needed to be stopped. Hell, she was trying to bully that student from her position as the class leader.

One teacher, Roy, ONE! Are you asserting that this teacher is representative of the majority of public school teachers??
One is sure as hell one too many but I am sure that there are many more with the same outlook about things that need to be stopped.
My son was in a math class in which the teacher told the class that her 4th grade son could handle the math she was failing to teach the sophomores better than any of them could. Now I would have gone to that place and taken that woman straight to the principals office and we would have got some words out from all of us about that kind of behavior by a teacher. BTW, that kid can figure pretty fast some large numbers in his head now.
Have you seen any news about the woman mentioned in that article apologizing for what she had done? I haven't but I don't see everything like that. See, I just admitted to not knowing everything.
Yep, this reptilian doesn't like any words about sustainability that could have come from Agenda 21 or the parent UN. How about you pointing out what you said about me concerning that little piece of pure propaganda that has been used on little kids for a number of years. Have you ever watched clear through. I bet neither of you has.
You started a thread that advocates for kids using their cell phones in class. What would your school teacher wife think about that??
My wife would not like that happening but she never said things as obviously biased as that woman did so had nothing to fear. She knew the rule was that cells weren't to be brought in the building so she always took them up and after the first time gave them back, but never did after that first time. She always took them to the principal's office as told she should although few others did.
Marxism and Hegel and dialectical materialism have been taught in AP European History since the early 70's, but according to OP, Obama is now the cause of this.....
Op what DID you teach those kids????
I taught about all kinds of political ideology especially Marxism. I wanted kids to have a chance to see how capitalism was so superior and don't think I ever created a Marxist by so doing. Was that wrong? I even taught World History classes a three week long segment about the Great Religions of the world. Never found one who thought Islam was the direction to go but then most of them back then weren't being told some of the crap they are today.
Oh come on now roy what generation of kids didn't think like this. Of course they all try to get away with things Why do you hate this generation so much and constantly go after them.
Few, if any book bags or other shoulder carried bags, were carried to class back in my day. Some kids did carry brief cases that cells could have been hidden in but do you remember the phones of that day? (pre-1990)
Those kids I taught thought they could get by with so many things but all learned that I had attempted most of their tricks in the late 40s so I could see them performing the same things.
I am not proud of the majority of students today. When I was teaching I was very much against home schooling but today I wonder how many parents tell kids the kind of things that woman this case came from was spreading to her students?

Capitalism is not inherently superior to anything else.
Capitalism only becomes superior when rational and (in some aspects of business) strong regulations/laws are imposed to prevent the worse and more dispicable variations of capitalism from manifesting itself and destroying environment, society and humanity.
So we all agree that kids shouldn't be recording teachers as a matter of course. In fact, every instance where that has happened has revealed an out of control classroom too, which is more interesting to me than whatever anyone is saying.
