Are educated black fathers ridiculed for having an active roll in their childrens lives? (Lincoln, women)

Are educated black fathers ever teased by other blacks for having an active roll in their kids lives or for just being a great dad?

I sometimes see black men and women laugh when they see a black man who taking taking care of his kids.

What do the black fathers do in these kinds of situations where they are in public and are mocked by other blacks?
