"The young woman asked the doctor whether or not emergency contraceptives were available and whether the doctor was simply refusing to provide them. The nurse told her “I will not give you emergency contraceptives because it goes against my belief.” The doctor refused to help her, even though she had just been raped, and refused to find another doctor to help her."
I wish people would realize that checking their religion at the door is the only way to function. If it that darn important then pick a line of work that follows your beliefs and leave the other jobs to those who can do them without hesitation.
Just shut up already. Not everyone who is religious shoves it down people's throats.
By the way, pretty disgusting how you don't give a crap about the victim, you just want to use her situation to further some political s***.
It's pretty disgusting how you reply to people by telling them to shut up. In case you have been living under a rock (or in Oklahoma) for the last year, access to contraception has become a political issue.
