How is taking a CEO's pay, going to solve any of that, and what the hell gives you the authority to determine how much they should make?
If you think Wal-Mart, and using computers at the library are so great, why don't you do it?

There were virtually no homelessness until a) Reagan de-institutionalized the mentally ill, b) banks made housing loans to people who couldn't afford it, then the loans were bundled into 3-rd rate investment instruments that eventually imploded causing c) massive unemployment .

It's not unreasonable to roll back exec pay to what it was before taxes were lifted from the higher income brackets. Why should execs enjoy a feeding frenzy at the public's expense?

It wouldn't have been done if the government wasn't guaranteeing them.

Because it isn't great isn't a reason to not do it.

Perhaps we should ask Obama why he has allowed that to happen

Not always, no. Also what about using computers for FINDING jobs? Let's not forget that libraries have cut hours during the recession, which hurt the poor to find jobs.

Impending homelessness and starvation force many people to work crappy subsistence jobs. Trying to sell things online is one of many things wrong with using computers at the library. If you tax homelessness there will be less of it.

No one has any power to do that over corporations.
You think the USG can just enact a law "rolling back" pay for a certain class of people ? This is not China you know; the USG has no power or authority to do that.
