I also hear about some "social contract".

Please show me where it states this in the Constitution.

I think you will find it in the "Das Kapital" section of the Constitution.

Right there along with monopoly oil companies taking from you for their profit. Right there with taking your taxes to pay for the F-35 Boondoggle project. Next to paying taxes for all the benefits you receive as a citizen.

If you want to avoid paying any taxes you could declare yourself outlaw and pay no taxes what so ever. Of course you would no longer have any access to the Judicial system to redress any grievances you may have against anyone else.

The restrictions are in the enumerated powers.

National defense is Constitutional.

Providing funds to businesses is not.

Using ANY taxpayer tax revenue to "redistribute" to ANYONE is unconstitutional.
