Lot's of people think he has to have been born within the borders of the United States. But where does that come from? If you can't find a ruling or a court decision or something that rules such in a legally binding manner then it's only an assumption and has no force of law. The phrase "natural born" has never been defined

There's an email going around crowing about how there's a difference between "born citizen" and "natural born citizen" which may be true but what is the difference?

It also doesn't matter where he grew up. Legally he could have never come into the United States until 1994 and he'd still be eligible. His family's religion or even his religion doesn't matter

We should ignore it while the right keeps right on talking about it. The result being that they win the argument. Great idea

Nothing personal, mmmjv, really. It's just that people get weary of it all. You have a good point, but it was already made on one of "their" threads. They don't care.

Anyway, he was born in Hawaii. Where else would he have been born? It's not like the mother would have dragged herself all the way to Kenya just to give birth. She's not stupid, nor is she reckless.

People are numb to the talk of his birth. Its so far past the point of it being of any concern, people are just tired. But the link above does states the requirments. Why is that so hard to understand is beyond me. Lawyers will squew the words to their agenda, but the fact remains, those are the requirements.
His elgibility has been beat up. Whether you believe it or not is your right. Freedom of speach is a wonderful thing, but going against the Constituition is something some people are passionate about. And if there is something that doesnt seem to follow the Constitution, many will dig till they have the answer. Some have felt the answer isnt there. Argue all you want, call them birthers, tea baggers, whatever. Its their collective right to get the answers they want..

there could be video of his mother birthing him in a grass hut in Kenya and it would be squashed.
With so many verifiable reasons to not vote for this big government clown the birther issue is moot.
Sadly the other choice looks to be another big government clown as well.

But... there isn't. So as bizarre hallucinations go, that one will just have to remain a hallucination.

I don't see anything in there about both parents
