Uh oh and so another State fall victim to Nanny Statism.
Damn and I thought Idaho was a last bastion of reason.
Where is our resident Idahoan on this issue.
Considering Idaho is one of the most Republican states in the USA at least this one can't be blamed on whiny liberals. You'd think that people who wear magic underwear would have a better sense of humor.
There was a company in California which named their beer "Weed Beer" - and was challenged by the federal TTB because of the cannabis connotations - entirely ignoring that the beer was named after the city of Weed, CA which was named after a man named Weed. Incredible. http://www.fermentarium.com/industry...ur-weed-on-it/

Right here. This is an idiotic law. This state is funny in some ways. We're often considered one of the most Libertarian, anti-government states in the country. Yet the state still owns and operates the liquor stores in the state, and they are manned by state employees. (there are some small towns where booze is sold at convenience stores in places with too low a population to have a state store). Even the baston of liberalism to the west did away with state ownership of liquor stores last year.
Have no fear, local politicians are working to make it go away here. There is no reason to have state employees, with state benefits, paid by the taxpayer, selling booze.
