Yeah I am sure computers (more in line with PLC's) in a Nuke plant have dual OS and links to the internet so employees can update their FB status and all.

It all seems so plausible when you think all compooter systems run winders 7 or AppleMac OS

I am also sure, any employee would insert a USB into the first process compooter to see if there is porn on it.

I am also very sure Iran will auto-launch and nuke Israel knowing there would be a sh1tstorm of MAD missiles returned to them.

Gad some folk are as dumb as a box of rocks

Gullible much?

Uh you need to read some history. Start with your own location and go from there.

In 2011, the US government rolled out its "International Strategy for Cyberspace," which reminded us that "interconnected networks link nations more closely, so an attack on one nation’s networks may have impact far beyond its borders." An in-depth report today from the New York Times confirms the truth of that statement as it finally lays bare the history and development of the Stuxnet virus—and how it accidentally escaped from the Iranian nuclear facility that was its target.

From his first months in office, President Obama secretly ordered increasingly sophisticated attacks on the computer systems that run Iran’s main nuclear enrichment facilities, significantly expanding America’s first sustained use of cyberweapons, according to participants in the program.

Oh dear.
If Obama and others devised a method of cyber attack that takes out Irans nukes, I give him high praise as he would most certainly deserve it. If we could fight wars without spilling a drop of our soldiers blood that would be a wonderful thing. I think a world without a nuclear Iran would be a better world.

And a completely nuclear weapon free world would be wonderful but sadly that's one box that can't be closed.

The good news, is for those of us who are not anti-semites, it's clear that Stuxnet was further proof of the peaceful nature of the Israelis. Israel has nuclear bombs. Iran has promised to nuke Israel as soon as they get a bomb. Think of the unbelievable restraint it takes to refrain from making Iran a glass parking lot.
Well, lots of crap gets said during a cold war. Heck Reagan had a famous "live mike" incident where he joked about nuking Russia.

Iran has bigger problems than Israel....namely the Sauds whom have just as much clout with the US as even Israel (perhaps more). Most people have no idea about the Saud vs Iran relationship and thus think that the Iranian incident is solely being driven by their fussing with Israel.

So, really I just don't see Israel requiring a ton of restraint. Iran knows what would happen if they ever attacked Israel. Ironically, Iran once they get the bomb..and they will, is going to be in a much more difficult position because now their sabre rattling becomes more weighty. It's like getting to sit at the adult table, certain behaviors are no longer acceptable.

I honestly believe that Iran hasn't realized what the downside of having a nuke will be.

Nukes are the only thing that prevented WW3 in europe. Sad fact but look at the history of warfare in europe....nukes are the only thing that actually brought a lasting peace.

Adjusted to current population levels a repeat of WW2 would kill about 1/4 billion people. (without nukes)

It's all theorhetical anyway since we are stuck with nukes, I'm just looking at a positive aspect.

A fact of which I am well aware.

One can wish.
