This is an honest question. I have found a little evidence so far from a basic Google web search. I'm still actively searching about this. So far, I can surmise that Anne E. Tyrrell is the daughter of R. Emmett Tyrrell. Why is this interesting? Read on.

I have found only two webpages that indicate or imply that they might be related.

Here is one (mentions Mr. Tyrrell and Anne E. Tyrrell):
Ball for Life at Athletic Club - get invited to more events like this
WOW! Notice the true blue conservative card for the evening!

Here is the other. "Annie" Tyrrell is the name of his daughter (born 1981):
Emmett Tyrrell

Anne E. Tyrrell is a company spokesperson for Blackwater, the privately held military contracting company. Today, there is a large transfer of wealth taking place to the benefit of Blackwater.

Ms. Tyrrell the spokesperson also goes by "Annie":

About R. Emmett Tyrrell, Jr.:
Emmett Tyrrell - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

//
R. (Robert) Emmett Tyrrell, Jr. (born 1943) is the founder of the American Spectator magazine, an adjunct fellow at the Hudson Institute, and a contributing editor of the New York Sun. Though "R. Emmett Tyrrell, Jr." is his byline, he is known socially as Bob Tyrrell. ...

Tyrrell was one of the main people behind the Arkansas Project, financed by billionaire Richard Mellon Scaife, to attempt to "discredit" President Bill Clinton.[1] His recent book, Madame Hillary: The Dark Road to the White House (2003), likened Hillary Rodham Clinton's tenure as First Lady to the reign of a pre-revolutionary French monarch.

The Life and Death of the American Spectator
He was heavily involved in the witch hunt against Bill Cliinton re: Whitewater, Troopergate, etc.

Mr. Tyrrell's present wife (married 1998) is not Annie Tyrrell's mother (named Judy Mathews Tyrrell, who seems today to be a practicing attorney for a law firm headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, Judy Mathews Tyrrell -- Attorney at Law -- Tabbert Hahn Earnest & Weddle, LLP (http://www.tabberthahn.com/tyrrell.html - broken link)). So that makes Mr. Tyrrell a divorced and remarried Roman Catholic who is a prominent player in national politics, er, like Teddy Kennedy.

Mr. Tyrrell is an ongoing beneficiary of Conservative "think tank welfare" as he is a warrior for the "cause":

According to internal American Spectator documents obtained by Salon, many of Tyrrell's living costs, from his American Express card to the lawn care and utility charges at his house in suburban McLean, Va., are covered in whole or in part by the Spectator foundation. In fact, the foundation supplied one-third of the $598,492.68 purchase price of Tyrrell's house when he and his previous wife bought it in 1986. Under the terms of a trust agreement between Tyrrell and the foundation -- whose board he chairs -- the Spectator owns a one-third interest in the property. As part of the deal, the foundation also pays for a third of the upkeep and repair, including lawn service, water and utility bills.

Other items covered by the Spectator foundation have included an apartment in New York City used by Tyrrell; a membership at the New York Athletic Club; costly trips to London; and long-distance telephone calls by someone else using his calling card. Tyrrell received this generous package of benefits in addition to his annual salary of more than $200,000 and health and pension premiums.

God Bless the Internet. It will be shut down one of these days. Incites too much "impolitic" thinking. Facilitates too much democracy!

Why not just read an authoritative source to answer your question? Or is this a trolling rhetorical question, just to stir up useless discussion for someone's (possibly your) entertainment?

Have you done any reading of your own on this topic? My advice: read a good book!(and wikipedia doesn't count)

Very funny. Looks like my previous post struck a nerve!

Looks like support for neo-con style aggressive militarism, including mercenary militarism, runs in the Tyrrell family, wouldn't you say?

Blinded by the Right is a great authoritative book on the how the right wing political attack machine set out to destroy Clinton with Bob Tyrell playing a major role. It's authored by David Brock a former rightwing hit man. Very interesting reading.

Tyrrell has those weird eyes that look as if there is a light turned on inside his head. Like Charles Manson.
