I know. I also know how even fewer transexual people their are yet it sometimes feels like we have been invaded by the planet Tranny.
I'm being glib on purpose. I understand the way acceptance and awareness works is by saturating everyones field of sight with something and it's usually for a good purpose. But recognizing that makes it hard for me to take it seriously when there are actual SERIOUS issues being shoved to the back becasue they are too hard to deal with. This is why the gay cause will never be my cause. I "support" things by not giving a crap or putting up legal roadblocks but I won't expend much energy on it.
I commend you on the classic reply. Mine is get in the dirtiest clothes you own. You're gonna get very dirty and work like you never have before in your life. Can their frail hands and egos take it? Nah, they would be in the bathroom washing up and wiping their tears before they even got started. Can they even drive a tractor or manual transmission truck? No taxis here and no help from anyone.
