So why should society reorient itself so fundamentally for 2^ of the population?
I think 2% of the population have as much right as the 98%. So move over and make room for them. They are our equals and deserve to be treated as such. Please don't act superior because you're in the 98%. No one has a right to do that.

If homosexuals are the one percent, and heterosexuals are the 99 percent, then maybe its time for an 'occupy' movement! Occupy HomoSexuality! Call it OHS!
Do you really believe that there are loads of gays in 1,500 people? Many of which are kids under 18 and still in school, farmers, skilled tradesmen, firemen, police officers, a few school teachers etc..? I think that '77 Trans Am and the guns we own and carry scares most off, don't you think? I'd love to see the gay farmer hop up on his John Deere. As John Wayne would say..."that'll be the day"!

And what about the 20% of us that are left handed. Where are our bows,ak47's golf clubs and baseball bats.what about left handed cars and mustache beer mugs huh. and how about left handed computer keyboards while were at it. so 2 % has all kinds of rights while 20% has to just suck it up and be quiet. woops no pun intended
I commend you on the classic reply. Mine is get in the dirtiest clothes you own. You're gonna get very dirty and work like you never have before in your life. Can their frail hands and egos take it? Nah, they would be in the bathroom washing up and wiping their tears before they even got started. Can they even drive a tractor or manual transmission truck? No taxis here and no help from anyone. If your lucky, you can take a p*** out behind the trees. Your lunch is shaved ham on bread with potato chips eaten with dirty hands...OH HEAVENS!! You get the idea..... And don't go off crying to anyone about it. You'll be the laughing stock of the help!
There are gay farmers, ranchers, firefighters, truck drivers, mechanics, machinists, carpenters, welders, commercial fisherman, and just about any other blue collar occupation imaginable...
