No, we don't know what happened.

Do you think Obama ordered Agent Terry's death?

No. Do you?

If yes, why?

"Fire burn, and caldron bubble.”
~William Shakespeare, Macbeth, Act IV, Scene I.
. . .

It’s hard to tell if this story has legs. Certainly, it’s not surprising that the DOJ would be tight-lipped about it; nor that some on Capitol Hill would want to make political hay of it. There have been many botched sting operations where the accused has walked because the government has asserted some privilege. I suspect this story is of the same sort.

Most likely. If he didn't, why not just release the documents? Obviously he's hiding something, wouldn't you say?

No one but wingnuts cares about any of this, and to the rest of us its old news anyway (like the movie, except way less interesting)...

Ordered, no.

Culpable, yes.

No. What is most likely is that releasing the information will endanger the lives of undercover informants.

And isn't it sad that Rep. Issa has totally botched his investigation by turning it into a political sideshow?

The Obama administration already turned over 8,000 documents. If Issa was doing his job, he'd be well into finding out where the dysfunction in the agency was, and heads would be rolling.

Or endanger the political viability of this adminstration and the DOJ.

LOL, 8,000 documents. Documents selected by the DOJ to cover their guilty as*es. Obviously you don't know how investigations work. The agency under investigation doesn't get to pick and choose which documents to show the oversight authority.

Except in Oblama's lawless administration, that is. The sad part is that partisan hacks like you enable their lawlessness by making everything political. Thank God there were 17 Democrats with the decency and courage to do what's right and hold Holder in contempt.
