It's pretty well established that Obama's spending increase on a year to year basis is the lowest since Eisenhower. The debt growth has far more to do with the shortage in annual revenue (thanks to Bush's Great Recession) than any Obama spending.

The Bush tax cuts have been the Obama tax cuts for four years.
