I like ANY tax cut, as long as there are no leftie policies attached to the bill.
So he wanted to end them, and institute his own plan instead. Clearly, this is not Obama's plan then. See, you know NOTHING until you're put back on track.

Just as easily as you can visit the moon for your next vacation at your own expense.

You are re-writing history. Obama wanted unemployment benefits to be extended and the GOP wouldn't extend them -- something that was always done in a poor economy, until Obama extended the Bush tax-cuts. It had nothing to do with it being "disastrous to the economy."

Thank God that Obama NEVER passed a budget!

Why would one wish to vacation on the moon?

In my country, the congress passes the budget, not the President.

Not when 6.5 million private sector jobs disappear in only 12-months, the population and civilian labor force reflect that it is almost 2010 and the size of private sector payroll is at 1998 levels... more than a decade of lost economy.

In this forum, you can know it... then just ignore the parts you don't like.
Weird.... it's like religion.

I thnik it was rethoric verus reality when the txa cuts were not allowed to expire. Why becasue Obama only wanted to expire the ones for the so called rich altho they claimed for years the other got no cut. They knew that it wo eman a average of 600 dollars for middle class in raise taxes and thqat is a average. Some actaully would endup paying thaxes who where close to paying.Tax cuts were exactly what JFK did i the 60's to stimullate the economy then.

That statement speaks for itself -- insulting 2 million American workers in exactly that position. I have a friend, who's 50, in the financial industry that was earning $750,000 a year and was layed off and hasn't found another job. That's about three-years ago.
