Not only did he stutter and stammer his way through it, he actually advocated for MORE government spending, MORE bloated state and local by hiring MORE public sector employees.

My god, he did NOT learn anything from Tuesday's humiliating repudiation of Big Government, did he?

‘Uhhh,’ the president’s ‘uhhh’ press conference was ‘uhhh’ terrible - The Insiders - The Washington Post

Quote:
If you are president of the United States and you don’t have anything to say, don’t have a press conference to say it. If you’re the president of the United States and by Thursday it’s widely believed you’ve had one of the worst weeks of your presidency, take Friday off, and specifically avoid having a press conference.

Anytime you are president and you’re speaking in public at an ill-timed press conference after a bad week, try to have something to say, and do a good job in saying it.
Podhoretz: Obama’s tone-deaf plea for the public sector - NYPOST.com

Quote:
The president seriously wants to go before the American people and argue in an election year that the wildly unpopular $860 billion stimulus of 2009 needs to be supplemented this year by more direct federal support of state and local government workers?

I’m trying very hard to think of a way this argument is not politically insane for Obama in his quest to win over independent voters who will make the difference in November.
This fool is in one of the biggest unreality bubbles I have ever seen....and I hope Romney makes the most of it.

I swear to God - Obama is out to destroy America.

I haven't seen any evidence of Obama doing anything helpful to this country.

The man is intentionally screwing the United States.

He loves Big Government and more government spending is the only solution he knows. That's why "more government spending will solve any problem" Krugman is his chief cheerleader.

It's the government way: when an action doesn't get results or makes it worse, do more of it.

Just amazing...is he not watching the polls? Is he delusional about the message sent from WI voters?

I came across this great picture of klugman at the Netroots conference...talking to an empty room.

Obama doesn't have the ability to do this. Despite the claims, rare is the case where he is the smartest person in the room. His off the cuff speach shows this.

He is simply a community organizer in over his head.

Better to remain silent and people think your a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.

This is just another example of the implosion on its way. I forecasted 30-45 days. He just may be pushing the schedule up on us. It's coming and it's going to be ugly, very very ugly.
