You didn't read the article did you! According to the article its the immigrant parents who support the song. Its the religious motivated Principal who opposes the song.

When DH was in school, the Jehovah's Witness kids left the classroom when the Pledge was recited.

Looks like this Jehovah's Witness principal is in control now. This religion in school thingy cuts both ways.

Actually if you read the article, you would see that the school's immigrants WANTED the song to be sung.

Like it or not liberals, faith in God was a big part of the founding of our great country (great unless you share a liberals view).
Go ahead, continue to take God out of everything and see what happens. We would and will be nothing close to a great nation without God being apart of it

Countries in Europe leave God out of everything and they are doing just fine.

That is a preobelm for voters who elct the scholl board mebers who hire such people.Easily taken care of really.We cab even vote out the people who appont judges i thsi country .

This is certainly not the country it was back in the fifties and sixties. And people like this is what making this country less desirable. It is a shame how these people are ruining a great country.
We don't have the same feel as years ago, and it is not a good thing.
