Yet another leak. This one though..just wow.

Foreign corporations operating on US soil could appeal US regulatory laws and take their issues to an international tribunal which could impose sanctions on the US. This would be for laws on food, banking, environment, etc.

2 years of closed door hearings. Now we know why they were kept secret.

NWO..here we come !!

Obama Trade Document Leaked, Revealing New Corporate Powers And Broken Campaign Promises
A critical document from President Barack Obama's free trade negotiations with eight Pacific nations was leaked online early Wednesday morning, revealing that the administration intends to bestow radical new political powers upon multinational corporations, contradicting prior promises.
..
But foreign corporations operating within the U.S. would be permitted to appeal key American legal or regulatory rulings to an international tribunal. That international tribunal would be granted the power to overrule American law and impose trade sanctions on the United States for failing to abide by its rulings.
..
(Obama's 2008 campaign promise)
"We will not negotiate bilateral trade agreements that stop the government from protecting the environment, food safety, or the health of its citizens; give greater rights to foreign investors than to U.S. investors; require the privatization of our vital public services; or prevent developing country governments from adopting humanitarian licensing policies to improve access to life-saving medications," reads the campaign document.

Is there any question whatsoever that Barack Obama is the biggest mistake ever perpetrated on the United States of America?

I wonder who the mole is...

Any more breeches could destabilize national security.

Is there an Obama body count yet?

This is not good:

Quote:
Under the agreement currently being advocated by the Obama administration, American corporations would continue to be subject to domestic laws and regulations on the environment, banking and other issues.

But foreign corporations operating within the U.S. would be permitted to appeal key American legal or regulatory rulings to an international tribunal.

That international tribunal would be granted the power to overrule American law and impose trade sanctions on the United States for failing to abide by its rulings.

this president is really starting to get on my last nerve.

i think it is pretty clear that obama is a globalist and he wanted the US banks to be bailed out, as well as the european banks.-on the backs of the citizens.

i saw a good you tube clip with the labour leader and the independent leader agreeing that it isn't going to work-so at least some people get it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OxgwI-0Sozg

too bad our leader doesn't get it--- but it isn't surprising that some leaders would be desperate to pursue their dreams of "world leadership"-even when it is collapsing all around them.

Stuff like this doesn't worry me that much. Obama may agree to it but as a country we will ignore it.

how many americans do you think like

all the wars?

the bailouts?

all the spending, and the debt?

being spied on?

losing their rights to a trial?

i think you underestimate the power that a president has while he is in office.

Sure it does.......the after effects and the Executive Orders, unless they are corrected by the next POTUS.

Why do you think this country has been in an official "state of emergency" for the past 70+ years?

The White House is emploding. Is it by design? Weakness emboldens enemies.....

Obama promised to fundamentally change this great nation. He has in fact turned it into a steaming turd.

It has been publically known that NWO has been coming since G.H. Bush announced it.

This is just more added onto the UN Law of The Sea, and the UN Arms Trade Treaty.

The ultimate goal is to destroy all nation states and have a board of global elite and transnational corporations determine the taxation, policies and power in the world (see how well that is working for the EU).
