Aspiring to be like Israel, an apartheid country. Way to go, conservatives.

Yeah we shouldnt aspire to be like Israel, a unpolitical correct, wealthy, democratic, technologically advance country. We should strive to be like Cuba.

So you are ok with shooting children that are demonstrating or heck simply get caught near a protest, speak volumes. OH: If they are so wealthy then they do not need our Billions every year, thanks for pointing that out

They generally don't shoot peaceful protests (although they do occasionally end up hitting personally/individually peaceful protesters within the context of hitting the people using violence right next to them - but look, if you are protesting next to someone trying to injure and/or kill cops/riot police/soldiers, it's time to get the heck out of dodge wherever you are), and they don't need our money: relative to the size of their economy (and ours, but that's a given) it is pretty small, and almost all of it is earmarked for purchases from American military contractors and goes right back into the pockets of our military-industrial complex and the associated congressmen. To be honest, it would be better for them to just not take the cash - the image benefits would be well worth having to spend an extra half of a percent of their GDP buying more appropriate military hardware at market prices.

On the topic, I fail to see what is wrong on insisting that immigrants either be easily culturally assimilated or come with useful skills and then enforcing that policy. Far better for the nation taking them in. I understand wanting to be compassionate to people coming from the conflict and poverty in eastern Africa, but, there are more people in that region who want to live in a first world country than there are people living in Israel.

If the Palestineins wouldn't use the kids as human shields that wouldn't happen.

Ronald Reagan promised, it would be a one time and one time only opportunity to get a green card in the USA for illegal alien parasites. - 1986

That was the nail in the coffin for me, in the trade I love to do.
The illegals have taken over the construction trades.

Those that became legal in the late eighties, called all their friends and family, letting them know they had a job, come on over and I'll put you to work.

Wrong , Again. There have been plenty of documented and even filmed cases where the child was trying to avoid the shooting and was not being used as a shield by anyone when they were shot. The problem is trigger happy police and security forces but I am sure you would not have any issue with that either, no surprises there.
