Is that true or can one disagree with his policies without being a racist?
Yes, and I've not met one single person in my life who would argue otherwise. Not one, and I know many, many Democrats.
This has been hashed out for 4 years and it's always a classic case of "the lady doth protest too much." The Republicans who raise the issue are possibly dealing with a guilty conscience.

What about all the racist Democrats that voted for Hillary in the primaries though?
Has everyone forgot the dem 2008 primaries?
Obama gets 90% of black vote in MS and wins state....then Hillary does well in West Virginia with whites.
West VA dem voters were called racists by people in Obama's camp, media, etc.
So remember, voting for someone because of the color of their skin is only racist if you are white.
Kindly provide links to some posts that, unprovoked, respond to a simple disagreement with Obama's policies by claiming the respondent is racist. Since you obviously sense this is a common pattern this shouldn't be hard to do. There are certainly members here who have earned their reputation as racists and their stance is well-known-- however I still think you'll have trouble citing examples of an unprovoked, simple disagreement, resulting in cries of racisim. Again, you claim a pattern here, so let's see your examples.

Nobody called California or New Hampshire voters racist when Hillary won those primaries.
Everyone knows that West Virginia and the Appalachian/Ozark region in general is ass-backward, ignorant and deeply racist. Nobody needed to wait for any primary results to figure that out.
The people who make this argument are always counting on being able to conflate the two statements "You can oppose Obama and not be racist" and "Nobody who opposes Obama is racist, and how could you even suspect such a thing?"

Everyone knows that, huh? You embarrassing bigot.
I bet you think yourself a tolerant person, don't you.

If you disagree with Republicans, you're a Socialist. Or a Communist. Or is that a Marxist?
Well, without a doubt you're a Filthy, Long-Haired, Tree-Hugging, God-Hating Atheist, Organic-Food Loving, Gun-Hating, Nature-Loving Homosexual; if you disagree with Republicans.
Even if Obama can't get a cab & nobody holds the elevator door for him, that doesn't necessarily make him a bad president.
