The punishment should fit the crime. Sensitivity training should be a required course all the way through school from kindergarten until we die. Peer pressure enables bad and good behavior.

I don't know if you are trying to be funny or not.

Common sense would suggest if you want someone to be a monitor they need to be able to handle the kids.

It is obvious this women cannot and should never have been put in this situation..

Sensitivity training, bull****. Those kids need a good old fashion trip out to behind the barn for an ass whipping.

The actions of these kids and others are the direct result of no discipline. They do not respect authority. Any child should respect any senior man or woman.

The fact that these kids taunted this senior lady by touching her and that is considered assault. There should be not need for the victim to file a complaint as the act was clearing captured on video. If the parents can't bring up respectful law-abiding children then those children need to be placed in a facility were they will learn to do so.

And this is not a lone incident. Kids talk back to teachers just like this.
And teachers can't do a damn thing about it.

And the woman is not going to file any complaint. The kids "get away with it" for all intents and purpose.

She shouldn't have to. The kids assaulted and threatened her with violence, and it's all on tape.

Let the state take it. It's their responsibility to charge the kids.

Put them in a New York state penitentiary for a day in general population, that will take care of it.
