Why should she have to? There is no reason to make her suffer nerve pain in this situation. In fact, for those of you who don't know from experience, swimming without clothes is remarkably superior to swimming with clothes on. Once you've experienced it, the discomfort of clothing while swimming is obvious. Too bad we all can't afford private back-yard swimming pools.
This situation is simply a modern example of our repressive beginnings, where some societies think a woman must be covered up head-to-toe in public, lest she tempt some man to think about sex and get uncomfortable or out-of-control.
This is the most logically thought out response on this thread.
Of course, the whackadoos will totally ignore this.

Honestly, I just have to believe that they misinterpreted the whole point of this thread by not reading the link and by mistaking the reasons why THIS woman shouldn't have to cover-up her non-existent breast for an argument that ALL women everywhere shouldn't ever have to cover up their actual breasts.

And for some strange bizarre reason some folks think rules should be made to cater to every individual in public places.
By that same strange twist of logic, men should have to wear shirts when in public pools.
