I am confident that Sandusky will go from Penn State to the State Penn!
Remember, there were witnesses who testified against Sandusky. The assistant coach (the one with red hair) gains nothing and probably loses more by testifying about what he saw.
...from your lips to God's ear... as the saying goes. I sure hope you are right... but the longer they deliberate the more nervous i become.
But asst coach told stories that differed, that is the worry. He claims when he spoke with the MD he did not mention ALL he saw...
but he did share all he saw with someone else...

ojajn ..Sandusky's wife is a classic example of denial. She saw the signs but chose to deny them so that it wouldn't shake up her world![/quote]
This is sick but true. When my friend turned 18, she told her mom that her dad sexually molested her from the age of 5 to 13.
Her mother's response: "Why didn't you tell me THEN,.. now I have to stay with your father because I have no-where to go."
After that day, she refused to talk about it to my friend and her pain...my friend said after that day, it was as if it never happened or existed, according to her mom.
And she is still with the molesting husband to this day.

Unfortunately all too common.
