Are gun owners really this challenged?
We get it.

If you're being attacked, call the police and tell them to come armed only with hugs.

You guys are being ridiculous that is NOT what she is trying to say. We shouldn't wish to kill anyone, we are not that kind of society. The kid did the right thing, I'm glad he didn't kill him. Not for the intruder himself but for the kid. You have no idea what it is like to kill another human being regardless of what they're doing.

So keep that in mind when people say "should have killed him, they all should be shot and killed, etc." that it is not an easy thing to take another life regardless of the situation. Stays with you for the rest of your life.

Excellent work, to both the boy and to his parents for raising him right. Without a firearm and training in it's use, who knows if they would be alive to talk about it.

Very true, Can you guarantee every single one of us on this forum, that someone breaking into our homes, won't kill us, with certainity.

Can you stop the criminals from being criminals! Too bad the bad guys, don't give a damn about killing the innocent, don't matter the age, they don't give a shi-!
