Can you give us all two examples of the much, much, much more garbage that you refer to?

You sound like just another scared, right wing, conspiracy theorist.

Believe me, the boogie man is hiding under your bed, and he's going to get you tonight!

Boo!
If you have to ask me for examples, you aren't paying attention.

And I can double guarantee you my IQ is higher than yours.

Vouchers (on the other hand) undo all those efforts by siphoning even more money from cash strapped schools. They are the catalyst for accelerating a downward direction rather than a competitive impetus to improve.
....and if you provide vouchers to just the rich districts? In PA what they are proposing is to at first provide vouchers to the poorest districts in the state. the students that want to learn will be able to take their state funding to a private or public school of their choice. The better performing public schools will get more funding and the poorly performing ones go by bye.

Double guarantee? Wow. Well I can triple pinky swear that mine is higher than yours. So there.

No matter. My point has been made. Just as I expected, you've got nothing when it comes to actual examples. Just diarrhea of the mouth.
