Congressional Black Caucus Sees

Charles Barron(D), running for US Congress in Brooklyn, NYC has been endorsed by David Duke for his anti-Semitic views. Congressional Black Caucus chair Emanuel Cleaver declines to repudiate Barron. I would just point out that Republicans never hesitated to renounce David Duke when he tried to run under the R banner.

"The good news is there is hardly any chance we won’t have a CBC member elected from that seat," exults Democrat Rep. Cleaver. The chance that he might be an anti-semite is apparently a minor detail for Chairman Cleaver.

I'm surprised that no one responded. Especially the usually suspect lefty trolls who purport to be anti-racism. Why no denunciations of Barron (who BTW thankfully lost his primary)? Are these trolls really anti-racism, or are they just lying thru their teeth? A loud quiet here would seem to indicate the latter. Why no denunciation of Barron, and of CBC chair Cleaver, who refused to repudiate him?

Only the twisted logic of the Congressional Black Caucus could celebrate the development.

Of course, racism and hypocrisy are the very tent-poles of their grand circus.
