Seems to me that one of the jobs of president is to be able to speak to the people, to power around the world, and to posterity. The best American presidents have been able to do this. It is not the only job, to be sure, but an important dimension, IMO. Do you agree?

8. Bill Clinton
9. Andrew Jackson
10. James Madison
