Yes, and discriminating against native English speakers both white and black in favor of those who speak Spanish. Last I looked English is our national de facto language.
Pretty soon Spanish will replace English as the national language.
Funny thing that while white supremacists are viewed by most whites as a group of redneck wackos, Afrocentrism, which is proposing black supremacy is welcomed in the black community, often viewed as mainstream or progressive and even enlisting support from black academics and celebrities.

You fail to understand how white people have been elevated above people of color and continue to be favored in employment, housing, criminal justice and education.
If you start from the assumption we live in a level playing field then Afrocentrism might seem odd. But given history and discrimination in the present then black unity becomes reasonable.
White people are not sweating the system. So for white people to organize on the basis of whiteness is to seek to enshrine your head start. It is different than black people to organize so as to secure our interests, since our interests and opportunities cannot be take for granted

They not have been elevated but they elevated themselves by creating some of the most successful societies including this one here in the US of A. Most of the developed countries in the world, including those that never had any colonies, are predominantly white. It's not a coincidence.

Unity? we are talking about reinventing the history contrary to believe of most scholars in the world. We are talking about quack science without any bases in data or reality. What is the point?

Yup. The Irish spend a lot of times working with their alcoholics, it was the plague in the community.
It was the Italian DA's and cops who worked to eradicate the influence of Italian mafia.
If you won't do it, nobody else will, nobody else cares.
If the black community instead chooses to promote the absurd and un-scientific ideas then it is your choice to become a laughingstock and play right into hands of real racists...
Think about it, even if the world science as we know it, is all wrong and it was the Black Africa that paved the way for our civilization few thousand years ago, what would it change for an average Black person? Would it change anything? Would it take care of violence among blacks? Fatherless kids? Welfare mothers?
The answer is no. It would not change a single thing for an average person. Most people wouldn't notice it at all. You are wasting your time and resources.

The Irish and Italians are white....or white enough to pass. So they are OK because when the Irish first came the UK and the US. They had had almost no experience with blacks. Yet, they had had experience with the English, most all of which had been negative: centuries of overt oppression. It would have made sense for Irish immigrants to detest and fight against the Anglo elite. But in fact, after a very short time. The Irish were rioting against blacks joining in the barring of blacks from labor unions in New York in the 1920's, and seeking to “become white” by assimilating to the "no blacks" system that was firmly in place.
Being white is like a club. A club has members, it has rules about who can join and who cannot, it has duties and privileges.
Duties:
Accept White culture as your guide to life. Practise it and do not question it. Your aim is to speak, dress and act like a middle-class White person with a good education.
Speak English and speak it with one of the accepted club accents.
Do not seriously question or challenge white racism.
Do not make common cause with blacks or other people of colour.
Have mostly white friends.
Marry a white person. Back in the 1940s breaking this rule would get you kicked out, no questions asked. Even now it is still a strike against you. Not so for white men who marry Asian women
Privileges:
Living in better neighbourhoods with better schools and safer streets.
Lower unemployment.
Higher pay.
Longer life.
Not being seen as a threat by the police or security guards.
Being seen as more fully human.
Having whites take your ideas and experiences seriously (at least for males).
Listening to racist jokes (does not seem like a privilege, but it functions as one).
Only when the Irish and Italians showed themselves willing to carry out club duties were they admitted and were able to enjoy its privileges. Had they kept their culture, married blacks or made common cause with us, they would have stayed at the bottom and would be regarded much as Latinos are now. It is the threat of losing club privileges or even membership that keeps those in the club from rocking the boat, from standing up to its racism.
And where did the wealth to create those societies come from ?
Bud, I am not your anthropology course. If you want to ask questions then there are college courses and books on the subject.

What? You can advocate supremacy even if you have no means to implement it.
When blacks tell us that Black culture is superior than they advocate Black supremacy as having a superior culture has social and political implications.
Anyways, if white people are so cruel and racist why don't you go back to Africa just to get them off your back and enjoy real freedom in one of the free Black countries?
