I don't think the SCOTUS took away the states ability to cite someone for driving without a valid driver's license, do you?

Besides, anytime I got a traffic ticket, they handed it to me. They did not mail it.

But you did give them your license right ? And they checked it, right ?

Imagine how many "John Does" there would be in America if they didn't require ID and just took your word for it ?

Lots of drug busts happen because of a traffic stop you know.
Lots of arrest warrants are fulfilled because of traffic stops as well.

Yep those guys are really bad ones. Yesterday I heard Rush talking about the 4 old white guys and the one Uncle Tom. I bet that today he is talking about John Roberts and his 3 girl friends. Surely all those people you talk about have changed their minds by now.
