In fact, both major parties — all partisan politics — have become too strident and stifling, he says.

Ron Paul and the Tea Party are seeing the Progressive values that are ruining this once great nation.

Every Democrat controlled State, has become the poster child for entitlement dumps.

Look at Indian Reservations and the tragic consequences of government entitlement, controlling their lives.

Wow. Anyone rooting for 1-party rule....regardless of party, is really sick.

I saw this in Chicago and it leads to nothing but entrenched corruption and rule by and for the elite.

My only argument with you is that you seem to paint the wealthy citizenry with a too broad brush.
No, I don't. Many who read my position about sociopathic wealthy have a defensive reaction that I am attacking all wealthy. Read carefully and thoughtfully. I do not ever say that being wealthy is sociopathic. Or evil.

Destructive, dangerous, and threatening social behaviors exist among all people: poor, rich, educated, uneducated, and ignorant -- and everyone in between.

Bad social behaviors among the poor and middle class are essentially powerless beyond self-abuse and affects to local venues, such as family, friends or neighborhood.

Some bad social behaviors among the sophisticated, educated, wealthy also have mostly self-abusive effects.

However, among the wealthy -- as among the poor -- sociopaths exist. Professional estimates are that between 1% and 3% of general population are sociopathic or psychopathic. Among corporate and financial elite, the estimate is 10%. That demonstates a gravitational effect to power positions -- an earmark of sociopathy / psychopathy.

Sociopathic behavior by the poor is essentially powerless.

Sociopathic behavior by wealthy, well-connected, highly articulate, professionally talented individuals is where the real damage to society lies. These are the people who have dangerous power to wield in executing their self-absorbed obsessions.

Poor people get the vilification (welfare cheats, lazy, immoral, criminal, etc.).
The rich sociopaths are often admired for their wealth and power ... they are lionized and lifestyles envied and emulated.
The comparative costs to society are ridiculously higher for the wealthy, powerful, well-connected sociopaths -- compared to the poor who live unfortunately unfulfilled lives including public assistance.

Also note I do not ascribe sociopathic personality to poor who simply can't rise above public assistance.

You tell me why.

Native Americans have gotten the shaft like no other group in America. Their plight is not due to government entitlement programs ... It is due to historically premeditated governmental policies to destroy the native nations.
