Bad argument. You only need auto insurance if you have a car. You only need homeowner insurance if you own a home. You must have health insurance if you breathe.

Plenty of ways to circumvent congress to neutralize this "tax". Like I said, instruct the IRS to increase the standard deduction or exemption by the amount the tax would cost.

Looks like this issue is done, oh I am sure some on the right will try and continue to fight against it but once the highest court in the land says it is legal and that is that.
Not necessarily. If it's something Obama disagrees with, he'll decide to not enforce it.
