When first appointed to his position, I had questions about his integrity and thought he was just a political hack.
HOW WRONG I WAS! It's not just this ruling, but several others too, which has convinced me CJ Robert's is a man how treasures the Constitution, no matter who it pizzes off. I've been very, very impressed with his reasonings.
On one hand, the Affordable Care Act is a step in the right direction. On the other, it's just a half-step that leaves the counterproductive insurance industry intact and the public minimally shielded from their abuse.
I was kinda hoping the ACA would be overtruned, so it could be replaced with the single-payer plan that's an inevitable development in the future. The sooner we get there, the better for everyone who isn't a health insurance executive.

So what's all the complaining about? This president seems to be consistently winning. The economy was in the worst recession since the Great Depression but is now slowly on the mend. No one can rebuild an economy in the toilet overnight. Osama is dead and he also gets a big W on health care. This guy simply can't lose.

Geez, if you don't want the tax, get some type of healthcare. The tax only applies to those without and not exempt! If you have insurance, YOU have no TAX!
