I agree.

When first appointed to his position, I had questions about his integrity and thought he was just a political hack.

HOW WRONG I WAS! It's not just this ruling, but several others too, which has convinced me CJ Robert's is a man how treasures the Constitution, no matter who it pizzes off. I've been very, very impressed with his reasonings.

Keep the lies coming, regardless of them having nothing to do with the thread at hand.

I'm not really sure how to take this.

On one hand, the Affordable Care Act is a step in the right direction. On the other, it's just a half-step that leaves the counterproductive insurance industry intact and the public minimally shielded from their abuse.

I was kinda hoping the ACA would be overtruned, so it could be replaced with the single-payer plan that's an inevitable development in the future. The sooner we get there, the better for everyone who isn't a health insurance executive.

Default Obama: health care win, Osama dead, no terrorist attacks, and economy slowly coming out of recession

So what's all the complaining about? This president seems to be consistently winning. The economy was in the worst recession since the Great Depression but is now slowly on the mend. No one can rebuild an economy in the toilet overnight. Osama is dead and he also gets a big W on health care. This guy simply can't lose.

My favorite is the black woman reporter with the corn weave telling us how this is what's best for America.
Let's just call it what it is...The Obama Channel.

What is a corn weave?

Probably going to be some "new jobs created" at the IRS for next year.

Assuming you mean 'giddy', what would you expect?

I switched to CNN because Fox changed the subject.

Food for thought, especially after approx. 1:50:

Geez, if you don't want the tax, get some type of healthcare. The tax only applies to those without and not exempt! If you have insurance, YOU have no TAX!
