Not only have I read it, but I had lawyers fighting it. Probably wont sleep a wink tonight anxiously awaiting the outcome tomorrow to justify what I spent.

Clearly you havent if you think it keeps people from being uninsured.

I said OTHER because I don't know what's going to happen. It will be interesting but I feel whatever happens isn't going to be all that great. This wasn't the solution we needed but having it struck down isn't the solution either.

Don't think anybody knows. If they strike it down, will be viewed as fully partisan, if just parts, still partisan. Either of those two will put it back into the Dem campaign arsenal. If the ACA is upheld, it leaves it in the Repub arsenal. I am kind of hoping for cutting the Repub Mandate idea, so we can move forward with a public option more quickly.

Obama and Axelrod must have some incriminating photos or something on Roberts. Twice in a week out of nowhere he does this.

Sure, a lot or ppl will remain uninsured...e.g. older minimum wage workers will be exempt from the mandate.
