No doubt it goes way over your head.

Because you have no clue that whether an action is Constitutional, has nothing whatsoever to do with the motivation behind the action.

Holder should release the documents, even they are being requested for political reasons.

Great example of why I'm liberal and are right wing. You don't get it.

No respect for the law. Only when it suites your purposes.

I don't have the 14 he mentions but I'm sure most of them are Blue Dog Dems in right wing states.

Who are you trying to fool?

I'm not trying to fool anyone. Just seems these days most posters act like spoiled kids not getting their way and spewing off a lot of name calling. Why didn't you just say "Blue Dogs" to begin with ?

The final vote was 254-173 with 15 Democrats putting country and principle over party.

You're praise of their motivations is a sick joke from someone who doesn't know squat about how little Congress is guided by Constitutional principles.

Does anybody of the list of these brave 15 who I'm sure are 1) blue dog caucus 2) from competitive election districts. Politically, it makes sense for them

Only a handfull of Dems would have the principles to vote with the GOP here.

Holder is a disgrace. Fortunately he gets fired along with Oblama in November.

Default Really?

I just want to see if it's straight in my head.

Some Republicans agree with the Democrats = Bipartisan

Some Democrats agree with the Republicans =
Spoiler
I doubt those right wing Dems are doing it for Constitutional principles, more likely political/campaign motivations.

I got 255-67. Those that walked out didn't vote. 17 Dems vote to hold Holder in contempt.

I guess in a way, them walking out voted to continue to support drug runners and gang members in Mexico

Yeah, that's right. The vote I cited must have been a preliminary procedural vote.
