I don't have the 14 he mentions but I'm sure most of them are Blue Dog Dems in right wing states.

I got 255-67. Those that walked out didn't vote. 17 Dems vote to hold Holder in contempt.
Yeah, that's right. The vote I cited must have been a preliminary procedural vote.
