We may argue about how much of climate change man causes, but is there a necessity to adapt to climate change?

Climate change is a long-term reality regardless of mans causation. There may be indeed infrastructure changes necessary for changes of water sources, changes in agricultural climate, destruction caused by disasters, livability.
