Interesting! Please detail for us the OTHER gov't programs that have performes so well that you are willing to believe the gov't can do well on this issue.

Even if he is successful at not expanding medicaid coverage to residents of la, the Fed gov't will still tax the residents of all 50 states for the ACA medicaid subsidy regardless if the individual rebel states receive those additional funds or not. Louisianians would have true taxation without representation (compensation). How could a politician sell that proposal to his constituents?
