It is a tax on inactivity passed into Law by only Democrats alone in a Bill that in unconstitutional as the day is long.

Even Roberts said aside from the tax issue Congress has no authority for the substance of the Bill.

To me that is enough to rule the "tax" invalid for it stands as a tax on legislation that does not pass Constitutional muster.

Most working folks with health insurance as part of their jobs won't be affected. The poor or those up to 140% the poverty level won't be affected. But those that have money and can afford health insurance or play the medical catastrophe game to keep their Iphone on will be expected to buy health insurance for themselves (which working adults should do anyway) or pay the penalty.
