In the last Bush campaign my elderly mother's PRIEST handed out Pro-Republican flyers to his parishioners after Mass...the Repugnant politicians don't have to show up personally when they have obedient tax free priests doing their dirty work...

BTW, since when is Michelle a politician...or president?????

Silly woman.

She only talked about getting involved in the democratic process.

Not one word about re-electing her husband as President. I mean, goodness, she didn't even say, "Elect a Democrat". For all we know that cousin she wants signed up to vote could be a .....gasp..... Republican!

Wink, Nudge, to everyone who gets it.

By the way, it behooves me to point out the Civil Rights Movement began in churches. Not to mention that during the Constitutional Convention many of the town hall-type meetings between our Founding Fathers and the people of this young nation were held in... gasp again.... churches.

If you will notice, I do not see anyone saying Michelle should not be speaking. They are imagining the loud protests and the pointed contradictions from the left when conservative politicians (and spokespersons!) try to do the same.

And, "WhoMe?", black politicians have been free to endorse candidates for 40+ years-----why are you suddenly surprised that a priest would do so (or are just falling into the same hypocrisy that this entire thread is premised on?) Thanks for proving the OP's point.

Since she commented on being proud of America for the first time, just wonder if that was the first time she voted was for her husband............

It's important to vote, just wonder if they're okay with us not voting for President Obama.

There can be no better example of this statement than to go back and read every one of your posts...
