basically mike zullo is claiming that hawaiian birth certificates are "worthless". mike may want to check the full faith and credit clause of the constitution.
the only "new" evidence so far is they found verna lee, the "U. K. Lee" whose signature is on the birth certificate and the birthers thought was "ukelele" (proof that the certificate was fraudulent).
Turns out the coded numbers on Obama's BC don't match the data in the respective fields. Hmmm...
Actually, that's not even close to true. He admitted that there was no code for "African." He did not say one way or another for University. And he did not tell us if there was any other code available for "Other."
It sounds to me (based on the presentation) that the coding is exactly correct.
No, he's just reporting Hawaii's laws that let virtually anyone claim a birth in Hawaii regardless of the actual circumstances of said birth.
The point he has left out: Hawaiian issued does not equal Hawaiian born. The place of birth is still on the certificate, and a Hawaiian birth certificate for somebody born in Bali will say "Bali" not "Kapiolani Medical Center."

And that the law in question wasn't passed until 1982.

Zullo insists that it was unofficial before then.
Convenient, eh?
