If Obama wins in November, we may very well credit it to one thing that Obama did that was really started by Bush. That is the auto company bailout. 2 of the most key swing states, Ohio and Pennsylvania, have been very positively affected by this and, although the auto bailout was started by Bush, it is seen as Obama's program. Many people in Ohio and Pennsylvania give Obama credit for this which is why he is up in the polls there.

Yes, Bush started them, and Obama supported them and continued them. Romney wanted them to disappear.
