I don't get that either. She lied in the courtroom. No one could coerce me to lie to a judge. It is all about choices.

Any ideas as to why the Lester didn't issue a contempt citation against Mrs. Zimmerman?

Well, a guess would be that filing perjury charges might give the state a "little" leverage in Z's case. Course, I think Z would/will throw anybody under the bus, including his wife.

or for his parents, whose dreams also ended on February 26th.

It was all about the Zimmermans and how THEIR lives have been inconvenienced.

And, of course, no surprise that they have provided a link for donations.

Appalling.
I mentioned the same thing in my post after reading it. They cannot discuss the case which is understandable, but no words of sympathy for the parents of the victim. Apparently when it comes to GZ, the apple does not fall far from the tree.

I believe a donation intended to aid the mentally retarded would be deductable.

Not really. An accountant will tell you it has to be a registered charity to be tax deductible.

By the way, although everyone else seems to think it's cute, I don't like jokes about the mentally challenged.

its amazing how the resident window-lickers have taken a topic about a dead thug and twisted it around to vilify an innocent man.
