He attacked someone bashing their skull open and breaking his nose,he had been suspended from school for possession of weed...lord knows what else this "murdered" minor had done...
His doctor said that it may be broken but to get it checked with a referral which of course he never did.
In order to make that assumption, you would need to have proof that he was murdered.. Thats right, you dont.. so in order to attack someone for using the word thug, you have to lie or just make things up?
He was murdered. That has already been established.
If you want to see the racist look in the mirror. You prove it over and over again each time you post with your horse dung about "if he had been white'. If he had been white Zimmerman would not be in jail right now. Yes, if he had been white we'd still be privy to his school records.
Hint: If Zimmerman had a previous criminal record he would not have been able to get a concealed handgun permit.

Zimmerman: what are you doing here?
Martin: I'm just passing through. My father lives right over there.
Instead of this:
Zimmerman: what are you doing here?
Martin: It's none of your muther effing business what I'm doing here muther effer......followed by an assault
How do you suppose things would have turned out?
Zimmerman could have told him he was the neighborhood watch when he said that Trayvon was circling his truck. He said he was fearful but decided to get out and follow him.
What I'm telling you is that his attorney has already FILED the affirmative defense of SELF DEFENSE. It's in the court file. It's already out there. When you file an affirmative defense you have to state WHAT that affirmative defense is. This is something which is filed BEFORE the trial. You do realize that discovery is in process and many, many documents in the court file in this case have already been released to the public, don't you?
There's so much official information out there in this case now that it's really hard to just make off-hand remarks and sound credible or knowledgeable.
So what part of discovery makes you feel that he's guilty of murder, and not self defense?
Can you not see how Martin's character comes into play here? The best way to determine someone's future behavior is their past behavior. It doesn't matter if Zimmerman knew at the time of the incident. That's not the point. The point is that a punk with a questionable past is more likely to assault someone.
Zimmerman always got off when he did something wrong and thought he would this time also.
