I suspect if the P.A. cared so much about children they wouldn't allow Hamas to use innocent civilians as human shields.

I said they were taking tips from the U.S. on how to pick on people and things smaller than them. As in the soldiers beat a kid up and the US attacks nations who do nothing to them and are smaller and less armed.
