Lets see how China deals with terrorists. I wonder what their version of TSA will look like.

I make 4 trips a year to China, on business.

Security at their airports is a snap. Much quicker, and more efficient than our TSA. That may be in part because labor is a lot cheaper over there, so they can throw more numbers at it. You don't need to take your shoes off, and they don't really seem to care too much about the whole one small bag of liquids rule either. (I'm talking about the domestic 'in-country' flights, not the big international arriving flights)

About the only thing that's more of a pain over there is that they are real sticklers when it comes to carry on luggage. One bag, means one bag. And it better not be over sized either.

They don't really have zone boarding in China either. Once the flight is open, it's every man for himself.

All in all, I like their system better.

Ever made a plane connection in China? It is not fun.

The Chinese make the TSA look like the sugarplum fairies.

China is dictatorship, they treat dissidents the same way, if not worse.

Good job. Chinese government won't be happy though. Can't really harvest their organs after being beaten to death.

But, but, but ... weren't the hijackers civil rights violated in addition to hurting their precious little feelings?

Civil rights don't exist in China, for anyone. Don't believe me? Go there and criticize the government, and you will join the hijackers.

Happy trails.
