Just where would we be without our glorious mainstream press to tell us all how to think and feel.

Bo is toast. He is like a patient with terminal pancreatic cancer who has just not come to the realization of his ultimate fate.

Obama is in what we call the "denial" phase. After he loses, there will be "anger", and then, at some point decades in the future, "acceptance". One must acknowledge that Carter has yet to reach the final phase of "acceptance".

In the Long View, all jobs are temporary.

Anymore I just roll my eyes when some Corporate shirt talks nonsense about Direct Employment and Salary this or that.

Like they are going to be in business for the next year or two.

Please.

I will just take my contract and fees, if you please. Now what do you need done?

"In the long view, all jobs are temporary".

That is the most priceless statement I have ever heard; I am sure that Obama will use that line in the debates to assuage the misery of all those unemployed by his policies.

Your comment is so wonderfully existential that it begs the question as to why, given that we all are eventually going to die, do we not just commit suicide now? I thought I was reading Camus for a second there.
