Too funny, Obama has done wonders for the middle class. Well, if by wonders you mean toss them out of jobs, ship their jobs over seas, explode the debt and engage in criminal wrong doing.

2 years = 24 months, which is 4 times the number of 6, that you counted. If we used YOUR reasoning, the Repubs took control of the House, in 2011, and since it is not even Dec of 2012, they have had even LESS than 6 months? Really? Must be that new math.

I know that this is going to rock the worlds of most (R)'s that post on this site...what with "the (D)'s had 2 years to do whatever they wanted to fix the economy, but they did nothing..." crowd, but if you go here 111th United States Congress - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia towards the bottom of the page, you'll see that, no, the (D)'s couldn't "do whatever they wanted" as they only had a 60 vote majority for roughly the time I specified.

The Republicans have reached out to Obama on numerous occasions but Obama refuses to move more to the middle and reject the advice of his radical left-wing base and advisors. There is not much more the Republicans can do and hopefully Obama will not be reelected.
Ever since Obama was elected, they pledged to make him a one term President. After they took over the House of Representatives in 2010 (with bundled Wall Street money), they put an action plan in place to sabotage America with the hope that it might hurt Obama politically. They filibustered and blocked every program to create jobs, reduce unemployment, and stimulate the economy.
The economy was showing signs of recovering when the Democrats had full control of Congress. Obama and the Democrats managed to stem the catastrophic free-fall that started under Bush. The economy was finally showing signs of recovery. However, after Republicans took control of the House, the economy has stagnated and the recovery has weakened significantly. Republicans celebrate with glee any bad news about the economy. This shows their true agenda. Besides Al Qaida, America faces no greater threat today than the GOP.
I think the greatest threat to America today is one party and those one party Flag wavers that praise those politicians who are getting rich off the backs of hard working Americans.
