My condolences. Really.
Where is a better place to eat? The Olive Garden?

Go into your settings and change the number of posts you see per page from 10 to 40 - then this thread only has 42 pages to read through - lol.

I suppose that would depend on the choices available in your area. I generally avoid most chain restaurants unless I'm traveling and can't find a suitable alternative. The last time I ate at Olive Garden was after my Dad's funeral in 2009, and it was ok (the food, not the funeral)
The last two times I've eaten at Applebee's (once in 2010, and once in 2007, I believe) I was served food that wasn't even suitable for my dogs.

If Applebees and Olive Garden are the only two choices, I would either eat at home or start a new starvation diet. I am not a big fan of frozen processed food prepared chain restaurant style.

Indeed! As the lack of evidence/reasoning behind their views becomes known to more people, those who aim to keep homosexuals from having the right to marry or adopt will go the way of the dinosaur. That is why I post. I want everyone to take a good, long look at our opposition and make the realization for themselves: "I do NOT want to be like that!"

That is why I post as well. Nothing should be based on claims by the ignorant. Seriously, who do we want.teaching our future generations? Someone who ignores evidence or someone who teaches by evidence? Those that chose to be ignorant will go nowhere near the minds of my children.

I'll bet the kids in this story would much rather have been adopted by a loving same sex couple than the "straight"
