I have to wonder who would be Rush Limbaugh's ideal candidate. Grover Norquist?

I'll say this. The Donald has more baggage than La Guardia, but the dude would have been much more fun than Mitt.

Large donors aside, Romney problems lie with the electorate. The conservatives didn't choose him in the primaries, and now the leadership is moaning and hedging their bets in the general.

Not good.

Romney is probably the least interesting and entertaining of the GOP bunch.

You had quite a few characters this year, more than I've ever seen. I was really pulling for Santorum or Cain, but alas, we got Romney, who is as interesting as a pile of rocks.

Good. After 4 years of the brilliant, "tingle down your leg" BO, bring on the boring Mr Romney.

Perhaps you didn't read the post you were responding to. I said I preferred Santorum or Cain.

Reading is fundamental.

Nope not large donors. Obama on the other hand is being ignored by his base, very grim.

Your ignoring Romney on his own threads.

Talk about grim.

Relevance is also a good thing. It doesn't matter who you (or anyone else) would have preferred .... the nominee is going to be Mitt Romney.
