What planet are you from?

Or is your username indicative of your hyperagressive puritanical belief system?

Such opinions are outdated thankfully, and within a generation they will have died out from old age.

I personally do not have any tattoos or other forms of bodily modification, but the narrow minded thought process you use is antiquated and will be laughed at by future generations.

Ever watch the news? Firs thing they do is put their name with a R or a D behind them. Even if they aren't holding public office "worked for the McCain campaign" or "helped with the Obama campaign" is said many times.

Labels, everywhere.

Do you own a business? Want to help turn this country around? Implement a strict "no visible tattoos" policy for your employees and enforce it. Local governments, civic organizations, charities and churches should do the same.

Please, do it for your country. You might be hated by Generation "Whatever", but later generations will consider you a hero.

Peace, out.
Dagnabit!

Every generation had thier fashion errors. For this generation it's tatoos. For your generation it was racoon skin coats and handlebar mustaches. Live and let live....now let me be, Golden Girls is coming on in 3 minutes.

In fairness, future generations will laugh at grandmas crappy tramp stamp and uncle bobs lame-arse tribal band tatoos that every old fart seems to have gotten. There is some good, meaningful tatoo work out there...but most of it is just a bunch of crappy cliched ink thrown on some dumb kid with $75 burning a hole in their pocket.

I can't stand tattoos. I always thought they were for sailors and they looked bad on sailors.

That being said, I would never refuse to hire someone just because they had a tattoo. There are a lot more important things to consider than what I consider to be bad taste.

I had one employee come back from vacation with neck tattoos. I told him if I was his father, I would have scrubbed them off no matter how much scrubbing it took. The point is, I'm not his dad.

There are a lot of things I find offensive in other people (fashion, music, politics, etc, etc, etc). What a dull world it would be if that were not the case.
